Step 1: Use the coarse grit to shape nails 

Step 2: Follow by filing nails with medium grit to refine the shape

Step 3: Smooth the edges of the nails using the fine grit

Step 4: Condition nail beds

Step 5: Smooth over nail beds

Step 6: Buff nail beds

Step 7: Polish & Shine nail beds
